• 4. When you book, there will be a contract that will be between you and the supplier directly without our intervention.
• 5. We are not accountable for any problems that arise from the services that lead to any damage or loss.

Your Responsibility

• 1. We have no responsibility for the information you provided. It's your call to enter everything without any flaws.
• 2. Please double-check the provided information to avoid errors, as they will be problematic to get corrected after completion of your reservation.
• 3. We are unfortunately not responsible for the misinformation provided by you due to a lack of attention.
• 4. You are also responsible for carrying all the necessary documents before making the reservation.
• 5. Incomplete or invalid documents will deny your boarding and charge you some fines that are not our responsibility.

Booking and Payment Policy

• 1. Whatever the amount is displayed on the screen, you are agreeing to pay everything, including taxes.
• 2. If you have booked under error fares through us, we have the right to cancel your reservation and refund you that amount.
• 3. You have to pay the full amount, not a small portion, to reserve your seats. These bookings will not be secured until you pay the full amount.

Cancellation and Refunds

• 1. If you want to cancel your reservation, we will act as an intermediary and will process everything when the direct parties allow us.
• 2. No one can process your refunds if you have booked non-refundable tickets.
• 3. We charge our service fee to process your requests.
• 4. But, if an airline cancels, we will do our best to inform you and process your refund, which will take some time.

Limitation of Liability

• 1. If you are stuck with any form of damage that arose because of you, we are not directly or indirectly liable to you.
• 2. If we are responsible for your damage in any form, we can only provide you with the amount that you have paid us while making a reservation.
• 3. But, we are not answerable for any mishaps that arise due to circumstances that are not in our hands, like any act of God.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are written in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws. If you agree to these terms and conditions when using this platform, and any problems arise from not following them, they will be resolved in court.
